We attach particular importance to two elements : quality, and ecology.
We are Europeans. And proud of it.
Our partner is located in Germany, and manufactures its products primarily from local sources. A tiny part of the components of the products come from countries outside the European community. You won't find cheap Asian products on this site, because their quality is inferior, and that we only sell products that we are proud of.
This is the reason why we guarantee guiding.fr products 3 years.
We are responsible.
The guidance material presented on our site is recyclable at 90%. Despite the very long durability of our products, some models operating for more than 25 years, it is important that their elements are recyclable. Aluminum compounds, steel and plastic, these materials are almost entirely reusable once recycled.
The importance of after-sales service.
Furthermore, in case of deterioration, it is possible to change only the desired elements :
- basement, tube, unwinder box, hubcap,… for the Beltrac ranges
- Rollersigns banner, pole supports,…
in this way, you can extend the life of your products almost indefinitely. No post that is thrown away as soon as a component is defective.
And this is important to preserve the planet.
The price is forgotten, the quality remains. And the cheap is expensive.
Our partner is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
ISO 9001
Standard ISO 9001 is published by the subcommittee 2 of the technical committee 176 of ISO. This standard defines requirements for the implementation of a quality management system for organizations wishing to continuously improve customer satisfaction and provide compliant products and services..
ISO 14001
Standard ISO 14001 defines a series of requirements that an organization's environmental management system must meet in order for it to be certified — by an external body and for a limited period — as meeting the standard. It is part of the framework of sustainable development and is based on a voluntary process of continuous improvement.
