THE INTELLIGENT CLEANING CONTROL
Smart QCC cleaning control is a very advanced system, which allows at the same time to manage cleaning, ask customers for their opinion, and manage the planning of the cleaning request.
The system, used with a tablet allows :
- trigger cleaning on demand,
- to get feedback from your visitors,
- schedule the cleaning request.
IT is composed either :
A touch screen and a ceiling detector that have the functions :
- Collection and recording of customer reviews in real time
- Different feedback options possible
- Display of the time of the last cleaning
- Modular user interface
- Declaration of technical problems
- Arrival / departure clock for cleaning
And a detector which has the following functions :
- Anonymous visitor detection
- Directional input / output counting
- Easy assembly
- Discreet appearance
- Data transmission by WLAN or GSM
THE TERMINAL
The heart of the system is the terminal, which is usually mounted on the wall near the toilet exit. Visitors can give their opinion on cleanliness on the main screen.
The logic of the multistep survey also provides more detail on the response („What was wrong ? „).
The screen display is flexible and allows seamless integration of your business design.
Employees can log in to the device using PIN codes and log in and out for cleaning. Furthermore, incidents in the toilet can be reported directly via the device. All these data are transmitted to our server in real time by mobile radio or WiFi.
THE SENSOR
Discreet ceiling sensor is mounted at the entrance and counts people. This sensor also provides the power supply for the cleaning terminal.. It is also available as a stand-alone device just for one count..

REAL-TIME MONITORING
All data is available in real time. This data can be displayed in different ways (for example on a smartphone). Email notifications can also be sent.

REAL-TIME ANALYSIS
Our online analysis platform provides numerous standard reports on all the data collected. All data can be compared for different installations and for different time intervals. Optional, PDFs can be customized according to customer needs.
Real time data
Real-time dashboard displays current data and compares it to previous periods. In addition, the current number of users after the last cleaning for each installation can be displayed.
With this information, this system will allow you to generate significant savings, to plan cleanings precisely, depending on attendance, to detect the defects observed, and raise your quality level significantly.
