Description
Electronic counting
Agir, before reacting.
Guiding is not enough.
Organize your queues well, is obviously a priority solution. This allows you to streamline access to your workstations, clarify customer journeys, and define your waiting areas.
But that's not all.
It is also necessary to manage the flow of visitors, to decrease the wait, calm your customers, and reduce their perception of waiting time. And this is essential for improving the quality of reception of your visitors.
Counting and electronic queue management are the solution.
Several possibilities exist :
- simple counting (WL4)
- real-time measurement of queue length (WQI System)
- real-time measurement and analysis of queues or catchment areas (QRS system)
- capacity monitoring (QRS system)
- flow control (QRS system)
- virtual queues (VR system)
- etc…
Simple counting : the WL4.
The WL4 system is an easy to install product, made up of sensors (wireless transmitter / receiver) to glue or screw, and a transmission bridge connected to the internet by SIM card.
It is a light barrier detector meter with active battery-powered transmitter and receiver. The meter data transmission bridge (until 8 measuring points) is synchronized to the GOBoard dashboard.
the principle is a double infrared photoelectric barrier for directional detection and counting of people. Its total reach goes up to 10 meters. It has an integrated filter against external light.
Sensors (emitter and reflector) are equipped with a standard replaceable battery of 3,6 volts. The use of high-performance lithium batteries achieves a lifespan of more than one year. Radio data transmission between transmitter and bridge – base 433MHz – range up to 30m.
Data transmission is via 3G, IoT technology. The online platform for collecting, the analysis and downloading of measurement data is accessible via a web browser, therefore compatible with all systems (Tablets, PC, Mac, phones…)
