WIRELESS QUEUE SENSOR (WQI)
The WQI is an infrared sensor integrated in a Beltrac pole which counts each passer-by, detects direction of travel and measures speed. The data is then sent to the data controller by radio transmission.
Built-in rechargeable batteries have a lifespan per charge of six to eight months. It recharges in just one night with a USB socket.
The use of the WQI allows rapid commissioning without special installation effort and an independent study has revealed a counting accuracy of 96 %.
Connected to its controller, it allows efficient supervision of your customer flow, and can warn you of overcapacity in your queue, for, for example, open a new reception point. The data is accessible via the internet, on a Webapp compatible with any operating system, PC or tablet. You must also indicate the waiting time to your visitors, on a monitor, or even on your own mobile app or website.
It can of course be integrated into an existing guide installation without modifying the queue structure.
